Shipping Policy and Guidelines

I love these geckos and I take a lot of care in packaging and shipping. As a result of this, I only ship geckos out Monday - Wednesday and as the weather permits (40-90F). This provides the best chance for the gecko to arrive safe and healthy. I’ve found that living in Northern California, there are less opportunities to ship under these conditions. Nonetheless, I have been able to successfully ship out geckos even during Sacramento’s hottest months.

After an order is received, we will contact you in regards to the current weather and shipping process. Scheduling shipments is done several days in advance with the ever-changing forecast in mind. I will always try to notify you well in-advance if any changes occur. Typically, geckos arrive around 10:30 am (COVID 19 has been causing later delivery times) and do not require a signature, so it's necessary that you receive the box within a timely manner to ensure the gecko’s safety. In my experience it is best for the animal to be held for pick up at one of your local FedEx Ship Centers.

While following these guidelines I have experienced 0 DOA’s. This allows me to provide a live arrival guarantee on any animals that you purchase from me. This does not include instances when packages are lost or delayed. If your animal is DOA or if your animal passes within one week due to preexisting conditions or problems stemming from the shipping process, I will issue your full refund for the price of the animal or I will send you a new animal of equal value for free. In order to receive a full refund in the case of a DOA, you must notify me within 1 hour including a photo of the animal.
